I'm gonna try quitting smoking starting February 1st. I've set the date and I'm gonna make it happen! Weeeee.

Trust me!! It's very hard!! i was trying to leave the cigarrete 15 days ago and i couldn't leave it...it's really hard....

Oh, I've quit before. For an entire year! But my parental issues got me stressed and I started up again.

 

I did it cold turkey the last time, and I think that's why I went back so easily. I need to really focus and kick this habit for good.
