It's probably my favourite coldplay song! Everytime I hear that guitar bit at the beginning, my heart skips a beat!

Thanks! Though I've actually been coming here for quite a while.... I changed my email and apparently my 'number of posts' started at 0 again....Doesn't matter, it wasn't very high to begin with.... I don't post that often, but usually just come and see if there is some news or rumours about coldplay and the new album...

 

I also watch the coldplay.com messageboard, but it strikes me how many people don't even really like coldplay (anymore).... that always kind of gets to me.... Funny how it's more annoying when somebody used to like coldplay, than when somebody has never liked them :confused:

Especially when the "dance remix" came out :stunned: ... if the original version wasn't on the radio, the remix was in the clubs... man, you couldn't escape from it.

As much as it pains me to say, the way they overplayed most of the singles- In My Place, Clocks, The Scientist etc etc etc from AROBTTH means I hardly ever listen to it :/

 

That's why I think Parachutes is still THE best album and Shiver is THE best song :cool:

Yeah. I'd much rather listen to Parachutes than a Rush of Blood. You're right Hayley, they really did kill the songs....especially Clocks. That song was on every hour on every single station. It drove me nuts!

 

But Parachutes...I like that album a whole lot. :)

clocks is what really got me into loving them more a couple of months after I first started listening to them....but closk was played wayyy too much, especially when I first heard it at the amusement park here, everytime I went clocks would always be playing sooo many times a dayyy

Don't complain about hearing Clocks all the time, here in Argentina, it's really hard to hear Coldplay everywhere. I mean, I remember they play God Put A Smile Upon Your Face video, like once, on MTV, and I never heard it on the radio.

I like Shiver, but I just think it gets old and boring and it seems to drag on to me. Though I love the intro.
