Warning Sign - the most beautiful song on AROBTTH

Featured Replies

Ive always liked it, especially the piano bit at the end. I wouldn't call it the most beautiful song on AROBTTH though, that award goes to "Amsterdam" or me..

Been through it so i related with the song so well, It's so beautiful

" So i crawl, back into your open arms............"

i love that "crawl back into your open arms" bit :)

Outstanding song...whenever I have Coldplay playing I always play the live version from Crystal Palace when I was there. I also got a wee video clip of the song which is my own personal bit of Coldplay brilliance. It is so good live especially with Jonny's use of the Ebow at the end. When we sang the "So I crawl..." bit at the Palace it was just beautiful.

i went to the 27th june crystal palace gig too, i had a great time :D was just such a good day. great weather and great support bands morning runner and supergrass. i stayed overnight in the big tower block in the athletes village on the site. great atmosphere too

I heard this song live when I went to see them on the 21st.. it was the most beautiful rendition I have EVER heard... I love this song so much.

This thread is kind of old... I must admit I haven't payed much attention to this song until a few months ago... and I bought this album (AROBTTH) in 2002!! I used to listen only to the singles (in my place, clocks, the scientist, gpasumf, arobtth) I always skipped a warning sign, a whisper and never heard the last song (amsterdam).

Now I have listened to the whole album and I agree with you guys, this song is simply brilliant :idea2:

I love the way the guitar has that "crashing" sound...it sounds amazing!

It's not my favourite on AROBTTH but I like it and live it's incredible!

i love warning sign. its my favourite coldplay song

I  Warning Sign.....just so beautiful

It was the one i just got excited when it came on...i think its amazing...such a great song :)

Definitely one of my favourite Coldplay songs. ITs just so beautiful and never gets old. Great lyrics, chorus, melody, ending. A well rounded song.

warning sign is so amazing!I don't stop hearing it!So beautiful! :)

Yeah it's good but I also like green eyes alot :D

I can never choose which is my favourite, Green Eyes or Warning Sign?

Its too hard to decide! Green Eyes has such beautiful lyrics, but Warning Sign has a kind of anthemic quality about it, 'and i crawl back into your open arms'.....i cant decide! :/ They are both so beautiful! :)

This song was very good has a rock song and the chorus was a ear to all rest in head, it's mixed the vibe of this song with the sadness of this song and was more a sad song about the lost of a people of his life. The chorus said all the truth about the death and the absence. The ending of this song, playing in piano, add a huge extra about the message of this song. A epic and sad song who he explored the death. A very good track and always like this song since i listen the first time in the last month.
