Some of my friends make fun of me for liking them. But i just tell them they dont know what they are talking about. I know how good they are.

It sounds like this album in 2009 will be a mixture of throw away songs that didn't make any other of their albums. Why would they put on a lyrics version of Life in Technicolor otherwise. My guess will be that the 2009 album will have songs such as Famous Old Painters and Glass of Water along with Lunar.

These pictures are pretty awesome. But dont u think that their shows could be a little longer. I only counted 16 songs and I feel they could play way more than that. I have seen them twice and the band has never played more than an hour and a half.

I'm asking if anyone knows if there is someone else playing piano on the album besides Chris Martin.

I always thought that A rush of Blood to the Head was my favorite Coldplay album. But now I think Viva La Vida has taken the number one spot. This album is simply beautiful. Every single note was constructed beautifully and they are really turning out to be one of the most influential bands of our time.

I was reading the credits in the booklet to the new album and came across something that said "supporting players." I also remember reading somewhere that Martin had been taking a break from the piano to focus on his vocals. I think I read that in one of the Prospekt messages. Also, some of the songs don't sound like his style of playing. Especially Cemetaries of London and Violet Hill (the part at the end). I was just wondering if anyone knew how much piano Martin played on this album. Its been in my mind ever since I bought the album and listened to the songs over and over again.

Amsterdam is one of my favorite songs on the AROBTTH. I play it all the time on the piano!

I dont think that they will open with violet hill....it doesnt seem like the right opener. I think that Life In Technicolor will be the opener for the new tour. There has been a pattern with the last two tours that they open with the first song off the new album. (Politik for the AROBTTH tour and Square one for X&Y) I hope they dont eliminate Square One, its one of my favorite songs by them.

It this turned out to be a double album I would be the happiest person alive.

I heard that they were going to release another album as early as next year. They are very eager to get back into the studio. I heard this album was going to be just guitars, and no piano. It should be interesting to hear. I cant wait.

Justin should just stick with his crappy old style and leave Coldplay alone. He is possibly the worst artist to copy coldplay. I mean come on, he was in N SYNC!!!

I bought the magazine and read the article. It tells u alot about the band as a whole and alot about X & Y. And also about how they first started together as a band. A very interesting read.

Im not sure. Its kinda an insult to Coldplay because they are making fun of some of the videos and the way the band performs. But the lyrics suggest that everyone is trying to sound like them now.

I think it took a while because they had so many instruments to lay down on the tracks. On X & Y there are synths everywhere. This next album is rumoured just to be guitars and no piano or synth. I don't think it will take as long as X&Y did.

I was also there. It was the best concert i'v eever been to. I wish they would have played Warning Sign. Hte light show was fantastic. I was into it the whole time, not just during Clocks. The whole concert was just amazing. I wanna go see them again.

A whisper is def the worst song. It is very repetitive and get very annoying after a while. Its on an amazing album though.

I love that song. It is beautiful. I love to play it on the piano.

Def Square One. Its the most outgoing and different sounding song on the new album. Its the most creative.

my bet is def on Chris. Hes the lead singer and he could have a solo career.

I think the Beatles are a big influence on them. He named his daughter Apple, which is also the name of a Beatles record company. Im not sure if this has any connection but it might.

i dont really like Rolling Stone magazine but i bought it just for them lol.

I liked the old version of Talk much better than the one they put on the album.
