Mark Romanek meets Coldplay at the Speed Of Sound

 

Coldplay is a band who has always strived to create visually stunning videos to compliment their songs by collaborating with the industries most talented directors. The band continued that trend by hiring Anonymous Content director Mark Romanek to create the video for the first single “Speed Of Sound” off their much anticipated forthcoming album “X&Y”.

 

The video was shot April 22nd and 23rd at Sony Studios in Culver City. Backdropped by a giant scope of state of the art LED light-bars the video reveals Coldplay’s engaging performance guaranteeing that this video will be sure to be talked about. The video is scheduled to be completed and hit the airwaves in mid May.
