The band continued that trend by hiring Anonymous Content director Mark Romanek to create the video for the first single “Speed Of Sound” off their much anticipated forthcoming album “X&Y”. The video was shot April 22nd and 23rd at Sony Studios in Culver City. Backdropped by a giant scope of state of the art LED light-bars the video reveals Coldplay’s engaging performance guaranteeing that this video will be sure to be talked about.
