Ever Cry While Listening To Coldplay?

Featured Replies

I haven't cried while listening to coldplay. But songs like amsterdam, we never change, for you, life is for living, warning sign, the scientist, and arobtth give me such chills, that it could possibly induce me to cry.

When I feel sad and listen to it at night 'The Scientist' makes me cry.

A.

yea.. the first time I heard Warning Sign.. :embarrased:

Exactly. Same thing happened to me.

it makes me think about things but not cry...I guess I am a hard ass!

ive cried alot to everythings not lost..

coldplay actually got me through a rough depression period with everythings not lost.., im forever thankfull for that..

The Scientist always does it for me... I cried only two weeks ago listening to that song... Sob. Sniff.

till kingdom come seems like a song capable of making people cry

Oh yeah, I've cried during Amsterdam... I've also cried listening to that last bit in Politik. Wait no, that part almost killed me...

ill admit that i cry sometimes, but half the time they are tears of joy becuase their music is so amazing. Ya i know that sounds cliche haha.

ok um...so expalin why it almost killed you?

Lol. The whole beauty of it almost gave me a heart attack.... It was.... ecstasy...

when i read this thread...i was like...damn (ina cheerful way :P) cause i see hopw coldplay's helped in gettin ppl through a rough period and how it helped them get over sadness or how it touched their feelings so deeply and improved their life quality or stole ppl's love with one song (like love from the first listen :) )

and i think to my self...wt a wonderful world...no no :P wt i wanted to say is that when i read these stories about how coldplay effected ppls lives well...that is wt really makes me want to cry, i admit "fix u" is unbelievably emotional, but to be a fan of a band that changes ppl's lives makes me feel like i am part of this good and that i want it to keep spreadin so i make new coldplay fans or just spread the goodness in this painfull world

till kingdom come seems like a song capable of making people cry

The first time I heard The Scientist, was when I was going through a very rough part in my life. So whenever I hear it now, I think of then, and almost cry :(. I can also relate to the lyrics very much.

i think if you are going through a rough time in general, and you listen to any of the more mellow coldplay songs like the scientist, amsterdam, warning sign, fix you, then its very possible you will cry...and whats good about those songs is sometimes you can relate to them so much, like the scientist after a breakup, and so on
