this poll is for the best band in the world no Beatles or Queen just all your recent favourites ... here we go!

(if theres any 'big' bands missing them im sorry but if they aint in this list then i don't know if you could consider them currently the best in the world)

Well, if it's including Coldplay why are they in the list?

in the previous poll people said that they didnt think Coldplay was the best band in the world .. i just can't win :(

Gotta be Oasis, sorry but since I heard Be Here Now in 97, no band since has come close.

I didn't say they shouldnt be. It wasn't a direct comment to you, just a comment in general about people yelling out bands that weren't included.

The question was 'Who ARE the greatest band in the world AT THE MOMENT?' not which band has once been the best band 30 years ago, right? Jim Morrison is dead... so are John Lennon, George Harrison, John Bonham, Keith Moon, Brian Jones and so many other great musicians who played in bands that were big at their time. The greatest band in the world at the moment is U2 without discussion. I mean look what they`ve achieved over the last 25 years and they still sell out the biggest stadiums all over the world. What else do I have to say? ;)

I know everyone is allowed their opinion yadda yadda, but this is just ridiculous.

I voted The Killers :smug: Coldplay and The Killers are the only bands I like from that list.
