Not counting teh beatles or coldplay, what's your favorite?

I chose Radiohead, though i like all the other ones too.

Mark, I think Keane is a great Band but shouldn't be on this list because they have only released one album. They need to have another release or two of great albums.

But what about Blur? They haven't done anything in years!

But they made their mark on the music scene for a few years. Keane is too young yet to gain Best Band status, in my opinion.

Well they can't have made that much of an impact - they've polled a big fat zero so far!! :D

I'm not the biggest Blur man myslef but I still stand by my comments.

And what about Tears For Fears - why aren't they on there?

So do I. I loved Tears For Fears.

"Advice For The Young At Heart", "Pale Shelter", "Change" and "Mad World" were all fab tunes.

Did you hear the Mad World cover by Gary Jules in Donnie Darko. It is really nice.

i still think the beatles should be included :D
