MY question for everyone...

 

obviously we could think of names of celebrities who like coldplay all day, so here's a much simpler question: who DOESN'T like coldplay? I mean, just about everyone likes the song 'clocks' or 'yellow' even if they're not really a true fan of the band, or they don't have an album. I mean, those songs are everywhere. it's hard to avoid them, and I've never heard anyone say they didn't like Clocks....that song IS coldplay

Radiohead don't like Coldplay. They described coldplay as 'table music' and said to coldplay 'good luck in making a Kid A' (in a mocking type of way). It's a shame they don't like Coldplay. :(

I thought that Athlete liked Coldplay until recently when they said that Coldplay's performance at Glastonbury was crap and that everybody though it was was crap. :angry: :(

 

I'm not sure if Snow Patrol or Keane like them.

Well, athlete did say they met coldplay and got on with them and I thought that they liked coldplay. But now they are saying coldplay are crap....I just don't get it. :confused:

I think Will can really kick some ass if he has the mind to. Guy too, but especially Will. Jonny and Chris I'm not so sure of, even though we know that Chris can beat down some photographers. But I can't see Jonny hitting anyone. Ever.

Athlete are several notches below Coldplay. I love Athlete, but obviously they are riding the "everybody sounds like Coldplay" bandwagon. Radiohead called Coldplay's sound "lifestyle music." I just think Radiohead went weirdo. "The good luck with Kid A" comment from Thom Yorke was in response to a question then regarding bands like Coldplay, Travis and Muse copying their music. Coldplay has separated itself from everyone else, and those who keep on saying they sound like Radiohead obviously have got some issues.

But didnt you just say that Athlete said only the GLASTONBURY performance was crap? Because it was... Kinda... I mean it was all good at the beginning, then it kinda went downhill when Chris' voice kinda just lost it...

The hobbits from 'The lord of the rings' are all into Coldplay. One of them (Dominic Monaghan' date=' who's also acting in 'Lost' these days) has bought some land from Future Forest right next to Coldplay's and he writes the word TREES on his hand, as Chris writes MTF; and he wears bands around his fingers in 'Lost', maybe that's about Chris's colored bands too... :idea2:[/quote']

 

yep. and you know what, I kinda blame it on dom that I'm into coldplay. *lol* because it was slightly because of him I really heard of them for the first time some years ago. *g* (btw I'm really into LotR/lost...)

 

Me too! I love Dom! I remember an interview with him saying that he loved coldplay and at the time i had heard only some of their music. So thanks to Dom i discovered the best band in the world.

Kate Hudson. She was just on TRL in the US saying she loved coldplay
