Click on POST REPLY and when you scroll down in there, there is a bit that says ADD ATTACHMENT...then BROWSE..then once you typed in the white box also you can submit.

Another way to host pictures, if that doesn't work for you, is to host them on a site such as http://www.photobucket.com or http://www.imageshack.us (which I prefer because it's got a bigger size limit and doesn't resize them). Then just copy the stuff in the box that will be indicated for "Forums" and paste it here!
