Are there any other 24 junkies out there besides myself? I'd like to know who else here enjoys the show and why.

 

I like it for the suspense. Also, I'm currently watching the season 4 marathon on A&E.

 

I've only seen season 1, I'm halfway through season 2. But I'll soon be ablw to claim that I've watched season four.

Watching Season 4, I think... It's the one with the Salazars and the Chase and Chloe thingy right? Watched part of Season 1. I think Season 4's better :P

 

Donald Sutherland deserves an Emmy for this season (if he hasn't already)

I like all the twists... Loads of politics and heroics going on in there. On that note, rather enjoyed the West Wing too, that was ace! :)

west wing kicks ass too----but i prefer 24----although, i dont like the terrorists all being muslims and from the middle east----it just creates a bigger misconception and it could influence even more prejudice and racism----its a great show though

Ya... this one has so much more drama. West wing is subtle though gripping in its own way ;)

Yeah I love this show...I like to go home and watch it with my dad

24 rocks my socks.....Keifer Sutherland is a great actor! His character is interesting too to watch because you don't really know what he's going to do next...

Plus I love his voice too! :D

 

Sean Astin is supposed to join the cast this season....that should be interesting..

I started watching during the last season and I loved it. It's always nice to find these things later on because now I have a lot to catch up to.

Any news of the Emmy's? Kiefer Sutherland got nominated for best actor...

Lol, i dont know why, but thats funny to me. I dont know what movie you're talking about though. I love 24 as well. Have any of you seen the teaser for season 5? It looks awesome. What happens in season 4? Quick someone tell me :wink3: (I promise I won't tell :lol: ) But seriously, I'd really like to know what happens (though I"m too lazy to go look for it :P)

Jack is dating the Secretary of Defense's daughter. She and her father get kidnapped by this terrorist named marwan. Jack and CTU locate the place where Marwan is holding them, and Jack goes in by himself and kills like 40 terrorists, but marwan escapes. The kidnapping was just the beginning. Basically marwan gets ahold of a nuclear missile. He shoots down airforce one and gets a device called the football that can set off the missile. Jack finds out that one of the members of the Chinese consulate is part of the attack, and goes there to retrieve him. No one approved this, and Jack is basically rogue. Jack and his team break in and capture the guy, but the chinese ambassador or something gets killed. The videocameras capture one of the men slightly taking his mask off, and they find out that CTU was behind the attack. Now China is preparing to go to war with the US. They want jack dead. Marwan is captured like twice, but always gets away, until jack tracks him down and a great chase begins. It lead up into a parking garage, where jack shoots marwan, and marwan falls off the edge and dies. Marwan hasnt told them where the missile is being fired. CTU and Tony, oh yea, Tony comes back I forgot. Well the new CTU head person has a breakdown when her daughter kills herself, so Tony takes over. Michelle comes in and takes over for him. Michelle and Tony get back together. In the end, they find the missile and blow it out of the sky, because if they blow it up in midair it wont explode. The chinese come to CTU, and jack fakes his death by being shot, and then is revived when the chinese leave. Jack gets up, gathers his things, and is going to flee to mexico. Thats pretty much it. I left some stuff out, but thats the gist of it.
