Im seriously considering it!!!! Soooooo tempting! It's you talking about tattoos thats made me want another one, they are SO addictive!!! :D

I'll probably get it done around Christmas, after i see them in concert....i'd get it tomorrow if i could, but im going away in November and i dont want to expose a new tattoo to the sun too much coz it can ruin it.

My 2nd one (the one above) only took about 6minutes, and its tiny. Yours shouldnt take long at all. Apparently your foot/ankle is the most painful place to have one done....but you can buy numbing creams to put on before hand.... :)

I dont take pain well at all.

I havent had one on my foot, but from the one's i have had i can honestly say its not really PAIN as such, its more discomfort. Just feels like hot scratching sensation. If its quite small im sure you'll be fine! And once its over you've got it forever so it's tottally worth it... :) !

I plan on getting a tat one day,not coldplay however but something like this on my lower back....I love all things water so I think its fitting for me :wink3:

Hey coldplay_steph...i have a treble clef with a red rose on my back...had it done when i was 18...That was to show my love for music...I have been thinking for years about getting a coldplay tattoo... :idea2:

 

Also my fav coldplay song is shiver and i wantd to have the music notes along my back...it sounds weird and shit, :( but the image in my head looks ok to me :D

y'know, it had never occured to me, but it doesn't sound like something that would be completely out of the question. I'm not much for completely inking myself, but maybe a little subtle tatoo. A universal Coldplay symbol. does one exist? the little x&y square code would be cool, but then, that's just one album. Maybe I'd do lyrics, but how do you make that not cumbersome? lol I feel like I've turned this into a philosophical dive. for now, I'll just work on getting chris' jacket :D

I know, I was wondering the same thing. I was thinking, before I came into this thread, of getting "shiver" myself just on my ankle, but I want to hear any and all other suggestions if you guys have any, haha.

I dunno...if Chris doesn't want to tattoo his hand, I don't think I'd want to tattoo either. I've never had any appeal to tattooing. Besides, it's fun to keep continually painting things on your hand. I did the = sign for a few days. Almost therapeutic to keep drawing on the hand. :sneaky: :D

I'm not much of a fan of bands tatoos... I have a weird symbol above my elbow but for 3 years I considered getting the AROBTTH cover on by back... but then I decided not to
