yeah, I didn't know either...

Maybe it's because when I click on "upload pic" in the personal gallery, it says:

 

"This category has reached the quota of pics. Now you cannot upload any more. Please contact the administrators for more information."

comeon, creating a little bit of mystery aint that bad!
