that's correct. :) you means "dir" or "du"

 

"you are 10 years old" --> "Du bist 10 Jahre alt."

"how are you?" --> "Wie geht es dir?"

 

 

"I" means "ich", "me" means "mir"

 

"I am talking." ---> "Ich rede."

"She is talking to me." ---> "Sie redet mit mir."
