And i recognised that my family sees many things in a real pessimistic way :angry:

I'm so pessimistic... I have been a pessimist for ages.

depends on my current mood. Usually pessimistic because that is the spectrumc I usually inhibit in terms of balance.

I always expect the worst or see the more negative side of things, so i guess that would be considered pessemistic. I believe that the reason i always expect the worst is because there is no let down when the best comes around.

Exactly the same here - I do know that there is a positive side to things .. one min I'm thinking all good and the very next min its just the opposote and gets worse from there :(

that is exactly what i believe too. i always used to be let down because i expected good, or expected positive things to happen. if i don't expect the best or the positive then it is an even better feeling when the best does come around.

I try to be an obtimist.

 

I see it this way. You loook at things in a good light and lady luck might take favour. And if things go wrong i always think of the most positive aspect of the thing that went wrong.
