they announce the contestants on Friday when it starts i think but the contestants have apparently been told if they are successful with their application

they already know?

look in the big brother section of the house and it will tell you about it ;)

Big Brother has contacted all the contestants. BB has also posted in the house for anyone who didn't apply.
