why do you think the portuguese educational system is that bad? i don't think it's perfect of course...

If you look at the Pisa studies for example Switzerland have pretty bad results. We spend a lot of time talking about this at school, cause our class had to participate in the studies.

 

We have a lot more subjects than students in other countries, which isn't necerassarily a good thing. If you look at some class at the Gymnasium, there are some subjects in which not even a forth of the class gets what the teacher is talking about. But every student must take those subjects.

it's not easy to study in Portugal if you don't have money...
