Im trying to send some one a pdf file but its over the 1mb hotmail limit. Does anyone know another way to send it OR a pragramme to compress pfs's. I downloaded one, but it didnt seem to work.

Winrar it, and cut it so that the size of each part is 1mb

Using winRAR, right click on your folder and click Add to archive.... Where it says Split to volumes, bytes you'd enter (or choose) the size you'd like your split files to be.

 

M represents million bytes

m represents megabyte

K represents thousand bytes

k represents kilobyte

 

For instance: If you have a 100 MB file that you'd like to split in two, you'd write in "50m" in the Split to volumes, bytes box.

 

 

Hope that helps (change the number in the box to 1m)

It's called the Adobe Reader now. But I use the foxit reader because it's quicker to load:cool4:

Adobe Reader and Acrobat both do exist ;)

 

never tried other ".pdf softs",pretty happy with Adobe stuff,but it's true it's a bit slow

It's a case of clicking on the pdf file and it opens at once
