I haven't been here for ages, but long enough to know that there have been some serious intelligent discussions about the band and the music on this board. I think that the band would truly enjoy and benefit reading the honest opinions of their true fans.

 

however, I would honestly dig my head into the ground if the band were to read the board during the last couple of days... and if they did, you can forget them ever referring respectively to us again.

I think the aim of the polls was just for fun, or that's what I intended them to be...yes I also expressed my opinion that they were insane at some point, but it's really something that will last just for these days as you can already see ;)

I think hands and smile and things like that were fine and just for fun, but I didn't contribute anything to the tongue or bulge threads. :/

 

Lately I've been shocked by this board and it makes me sad. I love it and all the people here, but I do think it needs to be toned down. It's starting to get ridiculous/slightly disturbing.

Feel I have to say something seeing I was the starter of those threads.

Anyway, I can't speak for others but at least for me those were more a bit of fun and a diversion from reality. I wouldn't want Coldplay to feel 'bad' for them and if they read and do i am sorry! But they are ironically ment (for me) and just some fun. But i totally see where you're saying :)

Definitely.. same here. Didn't even click on those other ones, actually.

 

Though I don't think those who participated in the other polls should feel bad for it now.. everyone has different tastes and there's nothing wrong with that. The important conversations are still there and the silly topics are here as well.. it's just about preference. Each to their own, eh? :wink:

I started the hands, arms and butt ones.

The hands one was because I love hands. Then some started talking about arms, so I created the arms poll, just for fun, and then, I created the butt one because of a private joke with someone.

 

This is for fun, it was not meant to be taken seriously.

i said that i think that starter (of this thread- sorry i don't know your name)..wasn't aiming to your apologie just to a fact that every thread now and then becomes totally redicilous (spell?) with some of hand statments that are sometimes too extreme...

yeah i agreed i mean they were just for fun , they may went to far but they were realy fun :)
