i have a friend on my bus thats 'emo' shes not the stereotyped black haired girl she wears black clothes i think, but shes really nice, and pretty, the only thing that lets her down is the amount of black smugey eye makeup she wears. it always looks like shes been out the night before partying.

i just hate the word emo. it's such an ugly word.

Im sure and I know a lot of them quite happily class themselves as "emo"...its their "lifestyle"!

I dont think that they are emo....they basically say themselves that they are emo....its the hair, and the kind of music they listen to, and the angsty way they portray themselves at my college. They quite happily admit they are "emo" when their other friends say that they are.

Oh ok then. If they call themselves emo, it's ok. I think they're just proud to be not like other people, can't blame them in it. I like a bit weird people, so emo people are good for me.

Emo is very last summer now isn't it? I'd choose to be a hippie over being an emo guy. Anytime! Ugh. Having long greasy hair and wearing tight girl pants isn't exactly an appealing thought. Flower power all the way :lol:
