Paraguay weren't bad - just not great. Still far better than Costa Rica! Paraguay couldn't get anywhere because England's defence is so good!

There was nothing wrong with Paraguay's second keeper - he did pretty well.

Paraguay had a defence - Costa Rica DIDN'T.

England had several chances in the first half.

Paraguay didn't trouble Robinson because England's defence was too good.

now England also didn't play well.....but they seem to be excused..and of course the only thing that counts is that they won....and it was OF COURSE NOT their fault....hahahahahahahahahhahahahahahaa.....this makes me laugh so hard!

As I said before - Germany scored two "amazing" goals against a team which had no defence. Costa Rica sucked, and the match was in the evening, making it much easier to play.

Winning was what counted in both cases - but you have to put the scorelines in perspective.;)
