Julie: I'm great 'cos i've had a nice day with my friends in a funfair, but I'm also a bit tired 'cos of it. how's things going?

Lars: most spanish ppl listen to... spanish music  besides the English one. I could say they do it fifty-fifty. However, we aren't used to hear French songs, f. e, although we're border countries, or Italian ones...

Yes, I know Héroes del Silencio (although I'm not a fan of them) and I like that song you talk about.! Do you like them?

Entre dos tierras estás

y no tienes aire

para respirar!!

I have seen its videoclip, as well!

and what kind of music do German ppl listen to?

Im starting a five day weekend today  haha , nice to hear your having a great day :D

Hi kara :D , the only like huge spanish band i know is mecano , uhh la oreja de van gogh and i dont remeber any other hehe

Julie I had a stressy day and the weather was terrible! How are you?

Oh really? I thought Spanish people would listen to some English music more often.

In Germany, British and American music industries have big influences so most of the music you listen on the radio is English. But since 2-3 years more and more German bands became successful here singing in German. I like it, because this language is better to describe different feelings I would say.

French bands (besides Phoenix) or East European bands aren't successful here... unfortunately!

Well I'm off to bed now. Have to stand up at 5.30am! :(

Bye! :)

sorry to hear that Lars !! , take care !! nite :nice: !

*watching videoclip again* thanks for posting it! :)

out of curiosity: do you understand the meaning of the entire song?

edit: good night Lars!

yeah I really wish English bands would have more success here - well, they have it, but I'd like they have even more -

Kara: do you mean Spanish bands? I could say: La Oreja de Van Gogh, El canto del Loco, Amaral, Bustamante (it's not a band, though), El Sueño de Morfeo, Extremoduro, Mojinos, erm... and many more. do you recognize any of them?

Do British ppl love their music as much as ppl from other countries do?

Julie: starting now? On a Wednesday?

starting today !!
