You can say :

" Comment allez-vous aujourd'hui ? " (even though you should say "Comment vas-tu aujourd'hui ?" because I'm close to you ;))

or

" Comment vous sentez-vous aujourd'hui ?" ("Comment te sens-tu aujourd'hui ?")

 

You can't put the verb "aller" and "sentir" in the same sentence, actually :)

My day was great! The weather was amazing, no clouds in the sky and warm temperatures... I love it! :D And I was relieved after hearing that the two German engineers kidnapped in Iraq in January have been freed today. :)
