I'm not talking about relationships,just those things that get to you,certain issues which you can't stop discussing about and that give you a feeling of restlessness inside.

 

In my case, it's discrimination and abortion. I used to watch Michael Moore's show, 'the Aweful Truth', and there was an episode about a reverend and his crew,they travelled all across America to go to a young gay man's funeral with big banners with horrible phrases like: 'God hates fags' or 'when a fag gets AIDS,God laughes'. I must have watched it 4 or 5 times,still every single time it was on I got upset, I couldn't believe there were ignorant people like that in the 21st Century.

The other day I was watching Penn and Teller's show 'Bullshit' and there was a report about a psychologist claiming how kids with gay parents could be totally different from kids with heterosexual parents, and there was that feeling again. Unbelievable.

It's not only about discrimination, their attitude is pure shit and I'll never be able to understand it

I'm not a discuss kind of person hehe but when I do discuss I like to talk about animal rights. It's awful how animls are treated in some places and animals are discriminated in the way that they are not worth as moch as humas so if someone misstreats an animal the punishment is A LOT lower than if he someone does it to a human because it's just an animal....I hate that

gosh! :sad: Fortunately, I don't see this kind of shows here either... or I'd feel bad!!! However, what they talk about homosexuals is unbelievable, as you said! I'll never be able to understand their reasons of that hating either... 'cause I think that their sexual preferences shouldn't mind to them, so... why do they have that hating?! It doesn't make any sense!!!! :angry:

I agree with maia to and (speaking of homosexuals' rights) one of my friends just told me he's gay and I'm fine with it, he's not a different person because of that...but his parents went crazy and just wont accept it. they say things like "it will pass" , "how can you do this to us?" and "you can't be doing those kind of thins as long as you live here!"

I respect everyone's opinion which is why I have nothing against people who just don't like gays or lebians. But to have the guts to try to spread the word and not letting them live a fullfilling life inside our society....it sickens me. I'm a tolerant person but when it comes to THOSE people, I have no feelings towards them,they mean absolutely nothing to me, just scum
