  • I just wanted to say, after 5 years of being part of the Coldplay fandom, first on Coldplaying, now on Coldplaying, Twitter and other platforms, a wonderful thing happened today: Coldplay followed me

  • I ran away

On this day exactly 5 years ago, a young and innocent person who was just getting really into Coldplay wanted to sign up on a forum called Coldplaying. Faced with the question of what to pick as a use

  • Today exactly 5 years ago, I joined the Coldplaying community and I don't regret that that. To be honest, it's probably one of the best things that have happened in my life! I had never thought I woul

So two nights ago I was wearing my Coldplay tour shirt and I went to Taco Bell. When I went to pick up my order the cashier was like, " I like your shirt" and I was like "Thanks!" She looked busy so I didn't continue the conversation. Yesterday, I was at my cousin's house and I was helping her set up things for her wedding so I was playing Coldplay out loud. When I played the first song my niece was like, "I like Coldplay too." I was like...:o " You do????" because she's nine. Then she answered, "Yeah, we all do, we have the cd's" The rest of my nieces and nephews are 7,6,4, and 3. I told her that when Coldplay come back to tour here again, I was going to take them to a concert, anyways the older ones. I put on Viva La Vida and we were all singing and dancing along to it. My 3 year old nephew sounded so adorable in the Oh..oh...oh... part. Then later when I was getting ready upstairs, and Coldplay was still playing downstairs, some people arrived and I went downstairs to turn off the music because it was really loud. Then one of the guys was like "Ahhh...I was enjoying the music." Then I was like, " Would you like me to leave it on, I just didn't want it to be bothering you". He then said, " No, I like it, it's really soothing, who is this." I told him,"Coldplay!":D So I think I converted him into a Coldplay fan now.:)

I just called my local radio station and I asked them to play "Talk" by Coldplay and the DJ said "Oh, that's one of my FAVORITE Coldplay songs, but you know what? I'm playing Yellow right now..." So now I'm listening to Yellow on the radio.

:D :D :D :D

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE HEARD YELLOW ON THE RADIO!

I just came back from shopping. And in one store I saw a cute red dress that had squirrels on it and all I could think of was "Strawberry swing"

Been only listening to Coldplay so far

I've never heard Yellow on the radio :\ only Viva la Vida, Talk, and Clocks. And once I just turned on a pop station for the heck of it, and I could hear 42 very faintly in the background as the DJ was talking! I was so happy and I turned the volume up, but then the DJ said "Wait, what am I talking over? Is that, Coldplay? I'm talking over Coldplay! *laughs and turns it off*.

Our radio only ever played Viva La Vida, buty now even the station with te only new and popular songs plays it all the time. The first time I heard it on it I was at school and I started freaking out  Everyone must have though I was cool

I have never heard Violet Hill, but I have heard the Why Do All Good Things Come To An End with CHRIS on it :stunned:

Whenever I hear "I love it when you come over to my house" in Rainy Day, I think Chris is trying to seduce me through my iPod.

 I never thought of that somehow.

I've heard Viva La Vida, Clocks, Speed of Sound, and Lost! on the radio.

Oh, wait, I have heard Lost! on the radio before! I forgot. I was driving to school one morning and the radio was turned down low on our rock station and then all of a sudden I hear the drum beat and it was Lost! so I turned it up :D

Whyyy don't I hear Coldplay on the radio anymore? All I hear is Madonna, and some random disco songs, and DAVID COOK.
