Break up

Just wondering, how do u deal with it? I mean, i would be friggin easy if it was a shallow relationship based on looks and lasted for 2 weeks but what happens if it got deeper than that and for hmm lets say 3 years? then what do u do? Guess not all of us take it the same way, some get depressed, others pretend everything's ok and others like me get uber busy to the point to get stressed as long as you dont have to think about it..

And even if you get over it, how long can this take? i mean, is it weird if even after 5 months u still think about it? hmm random thread again but meh :\

Well I have not been in a relationship that deep that I was too bothered! I am well over my last bf.

However, I do have some unresolved issues with this guy and if I did lose him altogether I most certainly would find it hard to get over him.

And watching Eternal Sunshine is NOT going to help! ahh that's like one of my favourite movies, I love your avatar :nice:

it depends how deep was the love

i"m sometimes nostalgic about some ex boyfriends :disappointed: or still asking silly question even if we had broke up since 2 years :disappointed:

about the recovery :uhoh:

i keep myself the busiest i can to avoid the pain

it'was confession on a toilet seat :toilet:

Charlie's right...watching that film won't help...however much you love it.

It's not weird to still be thinking about it after 5 months, she obviously meant alot to you and it goes to show that you're not an emotionally shallow person.

Don't worry about how other people handle these things, you've got your way of dealing with things and if it works then screw it!

hello,common to ur thread

Chris why are you always trying to recruit people to your chat wankfest?

Ren its not un-natural, even after 5 months.

I think for me the only thing I can do is find other girls, even if I know Im not going to have a brilliant long lasting relationship with them, its part of the 'busy' tactic that you use. Its another thing to keep you occupied and keep your mind off that one girl...

If I didnt see other girls since my breakup 8 months ago, I'd probably go nuts
