Coldplay Locations

Featured Replies

I recently disovered a great site that shows all of the most significant Beatles and Rolling Stones London locations.

I was wondering if there are any sites that show important Coldplay locations such as the beach where Chris sang Yellow for example?

I love bragging about this, so here I go. They filmed The Hardest Part in downtown St Petersburg, Florida, where I live.

Apparently there is a small flat In Camden Town, London, where they wrote most of their early material.

The beach in Yellow is called Studland Bay. I've heard that it's actually nudist beach.. :laugh4:

Studland sounds like an interesting beach!

The flat is their old student house, where Jonny and Chris lived in their last years at Uni. It is at 268 Camden Road, NW1. It wasn't very nice I don't think! But that is where a lot of the early songs were written - like Yellow - and practiced in Jonny's bedroom!

There is an old thread about Coldplay locations which might have other info. Try the search.
