coldplay_steph
Anyone heard of them? I saw them live on Jools Holland last week, and really liked their sound. So I picked up the album today and it's pretty good. It's just so different, and Matisyahu himself pretty much breaks all stereotypes...a real breath of fresh air. I highly recommend downloading the songs 'Youth' or 'King Without A Crown' if you want a listen. http://www.matismusic.com/
watermelonc1
i like Matisyahu. and the song King Without A Crown too. are they a band? i thought there's just one person, Matisyahu.
coldplay_steph
Yeah they're a band, but Matisyahu himself if really the main focus I guess. If you click the link you can find out more about them :)

d.B.g
Yeah Matisyahu is pretty good. But for the record, Matisyahu is one person, who plays with a band. All his live shows and studio material are with a band, but Matisyahu refers to the one Rasta-Jew
MrMagpie
I listened to part of the album and can't say I really cared for the style.

green eyes88
i just think it's hillarious, watching a relegious jew rap and stuff  my brother once was guarding at a religious concert (jewish- i live in israel...) and there where all sorts of rabis rocking and singing: "Do you want messiah? Everybody wants messiah! Everybody wants messiah!!" i find that very funny, but that's just me.........

Darlene_Ihnfsa
i loved the first single, sadly i got to know about the new album that late now, i could not vote for that one on the albums of the year :( i really liked the album, thought i found it a lot different than Youth (his previous album), a lot more peaceful.
