Anyonebody else think that John Butler's music is just the most amazing thing you've ever heard? lol

 

Oh my God, I just bought the "Live at St. Gallen" 3-CD set. It is like the best album ever!!! well probably not quite, but close.

 

John Butler is very, very talented. Haha, I'm trying to resist saying something corny like "it's like the guitar is an extension of his fingers", but he just plays with so much emotion,it is great.

 

So what do you peeps think?

John Butler and the trio are good, BUT

Go buy the Live at St. Gallen thing, it has two CD's of a brilliant live show in Sweden and a DVD of the Max Sessions.

a few months ago i caught enough rope and john was on. now being honest, i'd only heard of the name john butler trio but never knew who they were or any of their songs (by name atleast) but that interview was eye-opening. definitely something of musical value there. definitely.

that interview was really good hey! andrew denton is a good interviewer. john was funny - "if you do it right, it sounds amazing, but if you do it wrong, you - how dyou say - suck ass."

^ heaps good :D i've only seen them live once. but they were incredible. if i was over 18 i could go see them on the 1st of December at Newcastle Panthers, but nooo :angry:
