Hah, I sometimes think about it... and dunno but maybe its not as political as many people think, its because many foreign people live in those countries... just like Romanian inmigrants living in Spain (Spain gave 12 to Romania though their act was shit) Turkish inmigrants in Germany and Belgium, Russians in Ukraine... etc.
