1-1 :o

what a match it will be!! and what a great play by Costa Rica and it wasn't offside. Bravo!! great goal!

costa rica have scored.... hahahahahahhahahahahahahah

Yeah, I must admit I thought he was off at first. The German right back was way out of position.

Ok I'd go for:

German 3-1 Costa

Holy-moly 3 goals at first mins

this match is reminding me of last year Confederation's Cup. many goals and terrible defending

2-2? 3-3? maybe, i won't be surprised. Germany seems to be not strong enough at the moment. no creativity in the midfield

Uh if it's 3-1 my sis gives me $ 10 hehe

No more goals please :uhoh:

Shit my poor $10 haha.

Congrats Germ  And thanks to both teams, it was great.

LAHM is the man.....and I said this also some weeks ago!I feel happy for him:dance:

About the game I can say that I really liked the first half (except this damn typical german fault which leaded to the 1:1:dozey:)....

the second half was strange.....I was hoping and hoping.....maaan......awww....and I enjoyed this goal of Frings...really great!

But Lahm is still the man!:D

I hope they will improve their defensive during the world cup....hello?This was JUST Costa Rica....

I don't want to know what will happen if they play versus better teams:worried:

it was an awful game actually. Costa Rica disappointed me...i expected much more from them - 2 shots on goal/ 2 goals...well that says a lot about German defending. Germans scored 4 times, but they played without any creativity. their team isn't ready for "the bigger matches" yet.

I agree with you half Nik....hehe I don't watch football that often but somehow I feel as if I can say something about this match....

The beginning of this match was cool....but then it became weaker....

the second half was so erm slow....wha I almost turned off the TV....because we were really worried if Germany would actually win....

And about this defending thing.....this first goal of Costa Rica exactly reminded me of this match against Japan...it was absolutely the same....so bad and disappointing...

we've seen 6 goals. but if we'll be honest...2 of them were scored after great shots by Lahm and Frings. the rest 4 came after terrible defending...a small number of combinations, a lot of mistakes...Klinsi should find something or i'd better say somebody, because the defending is far the weakest point in the Nationalelf

And with this I agree 100%!

These goals by Lahm and Frings were the only goals I could be really happy about......

yaaaay,

it was a pretty cool match i think (though i don't know a lot about footie as well)

Lahm's goal was just ... :stunned:

but the german team definitely has to work a lot more on their defense.

4:2 is not a bad result but i hope there's more to come ....

now let's just celebrate a little and don't tie the german team into knots

since it's klose's brithday today :D

go germany, go germany ...
