The French are just getting by with luck! I thought they weren't even going to pass..

It wasn't luck. France was better than Brazil.

i think france played poorly in the first round of the world cup, but they kept improving every game...

 

today it was a big shame for all brazilians... our team didnt even seem to BOTHER to play, and the coach was just one of the biggest dickheads we've ever seen... France played WAY better than brazil today, they really deserved to win...

yeah they kept improving on each game.. but you do have to agree that they have been lucky. There were a couple of times where Brazil could have easily tied but the ball never seemed to get in.. :\ The French have def. impressed me today.

the brasilian players thought it would be easy to get to the final imo..

just watch those 4 players standing still when zidane shoot the corner .... it was hilarous when it was analyzed on tv

If Italy dive in the final like Portugal did against France tonight, I will never watch another World Cup.

 

Whoever wins (and I seriously hope it's France) this tournament has been completely overshadowed with cheaters and card happy referees. A dive should be an automatic sending off. It's a disgrace to the game I love. I haven't watched any of the games since England went out but I've watched highlights and just looking at the Portugal Diving Squad tonight made me ill.

I can't post anythig that hasn't already been said here, but I agree. I stuck with it after England went out because I love the game...and this is a woman posting btw. But I'm feeling sick and sad about the whole thing. It could be called sour grapes for me to whine aabout England and Rooney's Red Card...and I do...but I really have no feelings either way about who wins or loses, and I still think the Portugal squad deserved cards on one of the few occasions they weren't given. It was a more exciting match without them getting carded, but if that's what the Refs wanted, then they should've been acting that way all along! I'm glad France won and I agree that it is the hope that Italy's more interested in football than diving! I really don't know who to cheer for now, so,I'll go with whoever Chris is betting on...hahaha!
