It doesn't mention that he is wanted for murder of US nationals inside the US or for 9/11. The FBI were even quoted as saying "because when haven't got any hard evidence that Osama is connected with 9/11. http://www.fbi.gov/wanted/terrorists/terbinladen.htm Hmmm.
