Some of you may disagree, but did you know:

 

It clearly states in the Quran that when a believer comes across a non-believer in the land of Islam, the non-believer has three options:

 

1. To Convert

2. Be heavily taxed

3. Be Killed

 

Wow those are gracious options from a seemingly very tolerant religion. I LOVE those options.

 

Now, let's compare that to what Christianity teaches about non-believers.

 

- The Bible says to love thy enemies.

 

- Christians seek to win converts by a loving presentation of the message of Christ's offer

of pardon for sin that He purchased by dying in our place.

 

A few points:

 

- Israelis do not sneak into Palestinian territory with explosives strapped to their torso, and sit down next to a mother and her child on a bus and then shred everyone on that bus to pieces with shrapnel.

 

Muslims do. In the name of their god.

 

- Israel does not put high-value military targets and infrastructure in highly-populated civilian areas and use their civilians as human shields.

 

Muslims do. Hizbollah does this in Lebanon as we speak.

 

- Israel’s goal is not wipe Islamic countries off the face of the Earth.

 

Muslims have no problem admitting they want every Jew dead.

 

- Israel does not dress their children in suicide bomber costumes and teach hate to their children.

A band of officials known as Islamic Law arrived at the school and would not allow the girls to escape the inferno their school had turned into because their faces were not covered. 64 girls died because Islamic Law says that their faces must be covered. Absurd, and Savage.

all muslims are not bad, in fact most don't want to hurt anyone. but no one can dispute what I have said in the introductory post. the quran clearly states that non-believers should be killed if they do not convert. at its core, Islam is a violent religion. not all of its followers are bad, but the religion sure is responsible for millions of deaths, isn't it?

 

And don't give me this "all religions cause death". Islam is the only one that encourages the killing of innocents because they do not share your religion and will not accept it as their own.

i'm a muslim and i know the history of Islam, and there is a Whole verse, [i dunno wt's "Soora" means in english], but anyways, it speaks of the mother Mary, have u read that btw.

and wt else, there was a leader in Islam back in the old days, after Mohammed died, called Omar, in his time, muslim ppl, lived with christians in Juresalem and nobody was killed, they all lived in peace among each other. and in al-madeena al-monawra "in saudi arania, now" muslims who followed Mohammed there lived with Jews also in peace between each other.

I have a problem with this statement.. what gives 'us' as westerners the right to believe that anything else in the world is superior...? I mean, this is the way another part of the world lives. That's right. You never do see groups do anything but I know for fact that there were many people on the streets in Palestine and in Isreali cities who were openly calling for and end to all of this.

Peace demonstrations organised by the Jewish Alliance for Justice and Peace were full of people calling for Hezbollah and the Isreali government to cease fire - you can't bring peace with this war, only peace will bring peace.

 

This is largly ignored by the mainstream media and is certainly not picked up on in the U.S accurately, if at all.

 

It's like the massive Jerusalem protests against the U.S. peace plan which are played down by CNN, giving a false report on the event. There was over 250,000 people at the protest - probably 300,000 as reported by news outlets from Jerusalem to London and even a report in the Washington post that said "The rally, centered at the Jaffa Gate entrance to the walled Old City, was said to be the largest demonstration ever in Jerusalem and one of the largest in recent Israeli history, attracting a quarter-million people, according to police estimates."
