[2006 Coldplaying World Of Music World Cup] FINAL - The Beatles vs U2

Featured Replies

But that's silly. Can't you, Nik, just count the votes of registered members and who's got more that one is the winner... It's a Coldplaying World Cup after all, members only. It'll be fair at least. Another way if U2 wins everybody will look at results and understand that it's a cheating.

lmfao lmfao lmfao do it do it. Interference needs some spicing up!!

EDIT:

Ā

Ā

Ā

Seriously though, I was just kidding... that'd be really cruel to do... It's happened a few times (people coming on and writing long things of hate about U2) and people get really upset and insulting towards everything. We all know how we don't like that on here when it pretains to Coldplay...

Ā

it happens everywhere ;) and that those guests are from a U2 forum is only a theory

Ā

gosh  i remember when a member "The Real Chris Martin" with a ridiculous Chris avatar invaded a RH forum :stunned:

he started to write "essays" about Coldplay's genius :laugh3: :laugh3:

that was really funny

For example, right now there're 38 members on this board and 37 guests. No surprises these bastards influence on polls so much.

Oh my god. Essays on Coldplay's brilliance on a Radiohead forum.

Ā

Ā

Holy fuck, I'd pay to witness that live. :laugh4: :laugh4:

the main reason why we have so many votes (which is a very positive thing):

Ā

thanks to Ian ;)

Ā

EDIT:

Ā

let's be honest

Ā

there's more U2 fans who like Coldplay and read coldplaying.com than Beatles fans who do the same ;)

Ā

so actually it's not a surprise, though i can understand the most people on here who might be a bit disappointed because the most reg. members prefer Beatles over U2 (including myself)

Uhmm I'm with Lera...a member can vote publicly, if he/she's not in the list we should not consider the vote

Ā

if we'll do this we have to do the same with all the 1/8 finals, 1/4 finals and semi-finals as well

Ā

so, NO!

Boo. Go U2 spoilers, I hope you'll enjoy with the result. But know: I'm gonna find you all and kick your arses

Ā

yeah, i know and i understand, but :\

It reminds me of a real WC... Italy won, but people always will remember that unfair penalty vs Australia and think that if Zidane wasn't provoked (does this word exist?..) and didn't get red card maybe France would win... But uhoh however.

I wonder how like.... this happened?

Ā

Ā

Ā

Even I want to see the Beatles win, and I voted U2!! :laugh4: Well, it's not that big of a deal to me but it's definately kind of nutty.

Ā

Ā

Ah well, the public has spoken? (?)

yes i understand. but same with all the other rounds. it was already strange to me that some of 1/8 finals got only 40 votes and another one 55, but i didn't know that the guests can vote until yesterday. if i'd knew it, i would make all the polls since 1/8 finals public, believe me and probably wouldn't cound the guests votes. on the other hand guests are guests and "Mi Casa Su Casa" so, that's ok i guess ;)

Ā

next time, interference has a Coldplay poll, we will invade them bruahahaha :laugh1:

I'm scared if they ever have a Radiohead poll :uhoh:

Ā

You and your army will ruin U2 board :laugh1:

The Beatles got my Vote :)

Ā

U2 dont even come close

105-64 man' date=' what went wrong ?:o[/quote']

Ā

not only registered members can vote :\ guests can do it as well

Ā

i think, U2 fans invaded us :uhoh2:

Haha 106 votes for U2 in final The Beatles vs U2... This is more than ridiculous, this is even sad.

I didnt know guests were able to vote, this is unfair cos then everyone can vote twice or just get a diff ip and vote as a guest as many times as they want boo :disappointed:

Really?.. Can guests vote a few times?.... Than this system is 100% pointless, huh.
