*pats you on the back* I know you did, son... I know. Lets go get some ice cream.... ;)

...can I have double choco chip?

Oops this IS off topic...

Back to serious Gareth. :blank:

Where I work, when the company is working out how much things cost, they say that one hour is worth £15 per person, for internationalism's sake thats $30 per hour or $15 for half an hour

If I mess about or do nothing for half an hour, the company is $15 worse off than if I was doing something. Now imagine if every single commerical air passenger had to waste half an hour per flight.

Now lets say that on average an American goes on four flights a year and has to wait around doing security checks and bomb sniffing suitcases for half an hour for each flight. Thats $60 per person.

The population of the USA is about 300,000,000. So the security checks brought in because of 9/11 has cost the US economy $18,000,000,000 per year in wasted time.

In words thats EIGHTEEN BILLION DOLLARS that the US could be making each year if they didn't have all the security checks on airplanes. Why oh why would the government do that on purpose?

It's the cost of setting up a Police State.

(+ there were 745 million passegers last year)

745 million passengers you say? That makes it about TEN BILLION DOLLARS then

Trillions of dollars disapears from Pentagon Funds every year....

On Sept. 10, 2001 Donald Rumsfeld said "we cannot track $2.3 trillion in transactions"

$2.3 trillion — that's $8,000 for every man, woman and child in America.

Rumsfeld promised change but the next day - Sept. 11 - the world changed and in the rush to fund the "war on terrorism", the war on waste seems to have been forgotten. Hmmm, lucky him.

They are always overspending....that's why America has one of, if not the biggest debt amounts in the world.

Not to mention the outstanding cost of these staged wars, it's out of this universe.

whoa' date=' back on topic you[/quote']

Tell camille that, she gets on people for being off topic and is off topic too...she needs to practice what she preaches

 I'm a mod.. nuff said. :P

besides.. was it really necessary to point and pick at something that happened hours ago....... uh huh.. I didn't think so.

..... so I'm surprised this article is still online, would have thought the 'others' might have used their powers to remove such 'propaganda' lol

yeah but still mean you should practice what you preach.... its more of a reason for you to do that too, being a mod and all.

^ I was being facetious....

just let it go.... please.

No, you attack people for immature reasons, on top of that you dont understand simple thing like a mature person does.

example me calling ONE person unamerican doesnt mean i think everyone is...nice try but really immature.

try explaining it and then people wont try to draw their own conclusions...you talk down on people so much, you think you are just so much higher than everyone. Its rediculous, then when they call you on it, its THEM who is immature
