well obsesions and addictions don't have limits... ones can think that have sex once a day could be a lot or less...as if someone drinks two coffees or one.. that depends on everyone and how you feel, and also your age.

studies says you lose weigh, you feel relaxed.. and you feel warm if you had a good experience... is the best way to show someone that you appreciate him/her a lot...
