BUMP!!

 

I was just thinking about how I hadn't exercised in a week and really should, but instead of doing so I thought I'd stay sitting on my ass and post about it :dozey:

 

Do you exercise? If so how often? What do you do? And how do you motivate yourself?

 

During the week I'm fairly motivated, I walk 4 miles to work and back every week day (unless it's torrential rain/snow and the like) and then try to do at least half an hour on a cross trainer and a few sit ups and arm excerises when I get in, although this doesn't always happen.

 

At the weekends though, even though I haven't had to get up early, work all day and walk 8 miles I can't seem to get the motivation to do anything at all, there will always be an excuse like a hangover or being late to meet friends, even though I've been sat doing nothing since I've woken up and could have very easily fit in a workout beforehand. :rolleyes:

the only excerise i get during the week is waking from class to class. :shame:

But my school is on a hill :laugh4:

You could go down several flights of stairs going from one class to another.

I've been lifting almost every 48 hours and doing cardio 3-4 times a week. I've actually gained 9 lbs of muscle this year.

Im getting more and more sedentary every day. I want to go swimming because I am gaining weight cause im eating like a cow :\

Bleh. Excercise.

I actually decided that starting Monday I'm gonna start walking in the mornings and evenings cos I'm fat :disappointed:

I'm chunkeh myself, I walk around the park for an hour everyday.

Though I stopped because my iPod fucked up.

And I can't walk if I have no iPod :wreck:
