but i really doubt they'd release a new album next year. i prefer they spend a long time getting great new material for their new album rather than releasing something next year that is average.

I don't think it would be all that bad. I like her style and don't think that the video would end up looking ridiculous. I guess I'm just not that concerned about music videos in general, to me, they are not the most important part of a band, obviously the music is. Videos are all too often wayy overdone and a big waste of time & money IMO. I'm from the old school of thinking where if a band wants to succeed, the music has to be amazing, and of course Coldplay's is.

i always kinda wish she acted in a video of theirs with chris, though. i know thats totally going against what she said and all, but i think seeing the chemistry would be really cool. when i think up my own videos for the songs, i always picture her in.

Even so I don't think it would be that bad. Shes done some pretty quirky films before and I'm sure she knows her stuff.
