matt bellamy tried to have sex with my cousin after a gig after their first album, even though she was with her boyfriend, even when she explained this to him on the basis that 'so what? i'm matt bellamy'. i lost all respect for him at that point. then i heard his music, and other than plug in baby found it ridiculously annoying.

good. people shouldn't change their opinion on anything other than the music itself. beck is a scientologist but is in my top 5. if i ever met thom yorke i'm sure i'd thoroughly dislike him but he is my favourite musician. if bjork killed children i'd still respect her music.

i don't dislike him, i just think i would if i met him. his arrogance and pretentiousness is annoying and rivaled only by my own. his band makes the best music in the world though, and he is a key part of that.

Most of us are here for the music first & foremost. The fact that they're not bad looking is a bonus imo. And, no, I'm too old to be a teenager, so there :P
