My fav Spies story....when someone came on here asking about a song they saw on a mixed CD called "5 pies" We had a bit of a laugh with their mistake and KM rewrote the lyrics for the occasion.

 

The pies came out of the oven

And you're feelin so good 'cause you know

That those pies are filled to every corner

But you can't touch them though

'Cause they're hot piii-i-iiiies

It is said that Spies was banned by Chinese Goverment...I don't know where you guys got this informaition...It's NOT TRUE! Spies is a great song and of course it's in the Chinese version of Parachutes. There must be some misunderstanding.

there was a chinese version but they banned it after it came out. so of course there is gonna be a chinese version. if they never heard it they would have never banned it

^^ i've never heard that regarding spies and the chinese govt. though i find it kinda funny that the 2 things were connected in such a way.

I'm so sorry about what I said before...Spies isn't in it...Careful Where You Stand is in its place.I checked my friend's CD(she has got that Chinese version.) today then I found I was wrong. However, I just want to say there are millions of Coldplay fans in China... more than you can image.
