Well it's hard to decide which is my favorite on my first listen but I do like Un Dernier Verre (Pour La Route) and Nantes. It'll take me couple more listens to figure out.

 

I also downloaded the Pompeii EP and may I say Zach looks so cute on it <3

Yeah, it's understandable that it would be hard to pick favorites yet. I love Un Dernier Verre (Pour La Route). And when the other instruments come in. <3

My faves from TFCC are A Sunday Smile, Nantes, Cliquot, Cherbourg, In The Mausoleum and The Flying Club Cup. But Meh, every single song is well done!

there's only The Shrew which is great the other are ok :\

Yes you're right, they were meh. I didn't like the Synths at all, but both EPs were interesting.

As much as I like FCC, I just don't think it'll ever be as great as Gulag Orkestar.

I find Gulag Orkestar just a bit better than FCC.

My friend burned me a mix cd a while ago and it had one song from Beirut and it was just ok, but all this talk about the bands lead singer in the lounge made me go and listen to some more of their music and I really like it.
