radio version =

"I see you windin’ and grindin’ up on the floor

I know you see me lookin' at you and you already know

I wanna love you, you already know

I wanna love you, you already know"

uncut version = "I wanna f$$$ you"

hahaha!

Well after all.....

"I wanna f*** you like an animal"

.......was like the most famous line of the 90s.

all hip-hop rap lyrics suck ass!!!

I'd like to point everyone in the direction of "Lips of an Angel" by Hinder.

Oh god, I heard that song last time...gross. Yeah, I bet that took lots of brain and time to write that :laugh4:

That song is extremely bad, not even mentioning its lyrics. It suprises me someone had the courage of releasing this.

lol ha ha that uncut version would saved us time instead of all that verse.

.....and i have to disagree not ' all" hip hop lyrics suck----- listen to The Herd, The Tongue, True Live, Illzilla etc these are just a few of the really cool aussie hip hop bands/ mcs out there.

(hmmm suck ass could be a good connotation you know like in bad means good (?))

i agree with you...just my own feeling.

all hip hop sucks, not just the lyrics but everything about it. Not to sound disrespectful or anything but Coldplay's lyrics aren't the greatest either.

THIS SONG SUUUCKS ! its played so much and i wanna shoot myself every time i hear it

i don't know but i'm liking the "great" hip hop/rap alot more these days. Compared to rock today hip hop seems to be more politically conscious and has a message ( that is why they rap to get the words in and not just to fit words into a melody like 'la la la' and repeat the same chorus over and over)-- of course there's the main stream hip hop which plainly does suck actually it reeks and stinks of stench.

edit: also been to a few live hip hop and rock gigs and one thing i've noticed is that the hip hop gigs got the crowed involved more and the people seemed more down to earth whereas the rock ones were distant and their seemed to be an invisible barrier of demigod essence between them and the crowd.

ok ok now im done lol....

There is SOME good stuff in hip hop and rap, in my opinion. I like Kanye West, and some of Jay-Z. I've also heard good things about Common and a few others.

But there are PLENTY of sucky rock songs, not just Lips of An Angel (which I despise...). No, a lot of rock bands can have more success talking about getting drunk and loving women, generic stuff, without any soul.

I agree with you, but also with kekita. The fact is that there is bullshit in every music style.

I'd say that in general I dislike Hip-Hop or Rap stuff, but there are a few singers that i love, like Eminem or a french rapper called MC Solaar : his lyrics are deeply clever, with many cultural plays on words that non-French people shouldn't understand, unfortunately. But I guess there are such singers for every language...

oh he sounds interesting, yeah that's what i like the clever play of words sometimes puns etc very lyrical you can almost say poetical.

that was the word rayman souless- alot of rap hip hop and especially RnB is souless just as alot of rock is too.

edit: there's music by MC Solarr on youtube ( i think i'm going to have to learn french lol)

this video has subtitles yay!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=feXhd8e99do

you may like this band The Herd

under pressure

i was only 19

Hey kekita, The Herd sound good ! I was only nineteen could be an Eels song !

And yeah, I suggest you to learn French, so you can understand the whole intelligence of Solaar's lyrics.

hey cirrus minor i haven't listen to much of the eels- really curious now.

i was only 19 was actually an old acoustic song by a band called redgum the orginal sounds more folk.

i know i bit of french sortie (means exit) c'est le bastille, merci, bon jour, le rue (the road i think) so i'm on my way.......

"La rue" means "the street" whereas "la Bastille" was a prison fortress that was destroyed during the French Revolution, 1789 July 14th (Now the National Day). But yes, you're "sur la bonne voie"... ^^

Thank you!!

Im so glad there are people on the universe that dont like that fucking god awful song.

People like to say its there song with their significant others, DO THEY NOT REALIZE ITS ABOUT CHEATING? The stupidity of people.

^ I never heard about this song, but as I see the way you talk about it, I don't consider it worth a listen, should I ?

And I thought I was the only person that hated that song! :D

I feel good now.

Some hip-hop can be good. I like old-school hip-hip, like The Fugees, Lauryn Hill....some today can be pretty good, like Common, Kanye West and some Jay-Z. Oh and Nas too.

But that song by Akon, I don't know what it's called, but God what shitty lyrics!!! Oh and that Moneymaker song by Ludacris. :uhoh:
