no surprises

Featured Replies

Yes now I'm angry.

Why the hell do surprises always fail in our family?

Should get half of the money for my trip to Turkey after my graduation from my parents, should have been a surprise, failed some minutes ago.

Got a laptop as a christmas present, should have been a surprise, failed some weeks before christmas.

My parents got a professional pic of me and my sisters for christmas as a surprise, failed one evening before christmas.

Gosh that makes me angry, I mean I love surprises and my parents usually never think of surprises. So, this time they thought of my graduation there and wanted to surprise me.Failed.

I know actually this is not a big deal, but those are the little things in life I love.

Tending to fail.

any surprising experiences?

Yeah I know....and this is what I appreciate first...and that's why I feel sad about it...because they make effort and in the end it fails....so we are all angry about it...;)

well, how did your surprises actually fail?

Good question......................

haha i read the name of this thread and thought it had something to do with radiohead :P

my parents dont surprise me in that way.

i just remember how my friends failed to surprise me when they organised my birthday party. they sent me into city centre to buy something and i seriously thought i had to buy it but then i met my flatmate on the way there and he said he was going into the city anyway so he bought it for me. i was back after about seven minutes (it usually took me 20 minutes to walk into city centre) and they were still discussing what they were exactly gonna do. :embarassed:

i personally don't mind about this failing part actually.I do still get the present anyway so what's the difference :D

it must be disappointing for a surprise maker though :D

I was thinking 'Yet ANOTHER Radiohead thread, wow we're going to make atease concurence'

no alarms either?

One year, some friends had a surprise party for me at a friend's house. But they had me doing so much runniung around for it (they told me it was for something else) that I got pissed off and said 'fuck it!'. I didn't go until someone phoned me and told me I was missing my own party, lol!:embarassed:
