Have you tried uninstalling the software first? and then.. installing it again?

yep I have.......is it possible that the reason is an old version of windows media player?

I should have a little more variety this week, not just RAdiohead. I've been listening to alot of Bloc Party, of Montreal, TV on the Radio, the Shins, etc.

There is a plugin upgrade for Windows media player.. Have you installed it?

Go to... Extras / Search for upgrades ¿? (My last.fm is in Spanish..)
