What movie has made you cry?

Featured Replies

yea. I don't know why' date=' but it seemed so heart-warming. Frodo and Sam's friendship. Like when Sam tried to swim after Frodo, even though he knew he would probably drown.[/quote']

I'm such a loser. I teared up when I read that. I'm waaaay too sensitive.

Let's see... the first movie I cried to was probably "Lady and the tramp". I was very small, and the movie was in English, so I didn't understand much. lol I watched it at our neighbours' place. I had to go home soon, so I didn't get to watch the whole movie. I cried coz when I had to go Lady was in doggie prison and I didn't know about the happy end yet. :( lol

Another movie is Free Willy, I cried when I saw it at the cinema. :P

Probably the only movie I'd cry to today is City of Angels.

Watership Down - The bunnies die...and even now when i hear Bright Eyes by Art Garfunkel I cry.

Pass it Forward - That kid from 6th sense....if you havent seen it, i wont spoil it, but  at the end :( me and my ex gf were bawling our eyes out together wondering why we watch it.

Pay it forward not pass it....don't ever get the title of a kevin spacey film wrong again! :)

eeerm..

thank god someone mentioned Awakenings

Brassed off was good, didnt make me cry but got me thinking and emotional

erm...Armaggedon is good at the end for emotion, nearly had me years ago

Casablanca is a good old film, classic ending :)

Moulin Rouge, but then that's cos i assosiate that film with someone who broke my heart...so this is one film i cry at...rare

closest thing, aside from moulin, that i've cried over (nearly) was an episode of stargate a year or so ago. that was really sad.

that movie was such a tear jerker for me..... SHALL ALL BULLIES WITH POCKET KNIVES GO TO HAITES! :-x

Hmm. Life is Beautiful, The Pianist, Jerry Maguire. Those always make me cry. I know there are others, but I can't think of any right now.

I got a bit ridiculous watching Titanic... but I remember watching the Gremlins when I was younger and coming over a bit emotional when they were mean to that wee Gizmo thing! I don't know what that was all about!

Well being a guy, I'm not stereotypically 'supposed' to cry when I watch movie, and I usually don't, but there was one that I just loved so much, I did cry at the end. The Shawshank Redemption. That has gotta be one of my favorite movies ever!

it is #1 on the filmratings.com poll of best movies ever but bi have yet to see it...it looks greeeeeat :)
