Less time doing_________.

Featured Replies

I was listening to the radio the other day and

heard that Houston has almost the highest average of hours spent in traffic delays. If not the highest now. I think Los Angeles has first. The report said something like 58 or 68 hours a year on average per person. That's a load of time sitting in traffic.

I was driving when I heard that and thought that maybe it wasn't such a good idea to radio that to thousands on the road driving in traffic delays as it was... that might add some excess road rage

Also, there was some commercial about how much time the average person spent tying their shoe laces and it was some incredible, ridiculously high number.

I mean, they seem like subtle things, but it all adds up.

What do you wish you spent less time doing in your life?

Something that is seemingly unavoidable and annoying, but a part of your everyday life...

Washing dishes I guess. It's pretty time consuming, and they get used and dirty again!

I know what commercial you're talking about! It's like we spent two weeks tying our shoes in our lifetime. Wow. Maybe it's less for me, because I wear flats usually. But that's still a high number. I think it's the same amount of time we spent kissing in our lifetime too. But again, less for me. :P

Yes - remember what happened in the film "Falling Down"? That was a classic - especially that bit in the burger bar!!

yeah, i'd rather spend less time doing housework.

such as tidying up and washing the dishes.

but also... i think having a shower does take a lot of time (well, i always need a lot of time).

whatsoever...waiting in a queue is annoying.

hahahah

NO. I don't know which film you're referring to.

But household chores like dish washing are a pain. But I take great pains in making things easier and faster by soaking items I use right after I use them. Makes things go faster when it comes time to actually WASH them all. And usually, it's good enough to where I don't have to scrub, I can just load em in the dishwasher.

I'm pretty patient when it comes to waiting in line at stores and such. I usually grab a magazine to pass the time. Or space out.

Less time doing work..(if that were possible)

Sleeping.

I wish I could survive on like, sleeping 11pm till 6am so I could get up and play football and basketball all day :)

Eating too.

And travelling in general, I enjoy walking cause I daydream and listen to music, but it does take a large amount of time up.

I wish I could spend less time regreting things I missed in my life... I know I shouldn't regret things, but I do, that's a fact.

Oh, and less time waiting. I became rather imaptient lately, and the more time flies away, the more I'm impatient.

Commuting to places. I wish we could apparate, like in Harry Potter.

Who's Frank, and why do you want to be him?

less time spent on homework, less time listening to my parents nag.

If you spent less time on your homework, isn't it likely they would nag you more?

Then how am I supposed to get from A to B?

Well that depends on where "A" and "B" are.........................

Bit of a problem with trains, I can catch a train to Andover, but there isn't a regular train service on the Ludgershall/Andover MOD line.
