uh, I dont get this, but how do you become a mod?

I thought it was gauged on the time a person joined here....well someone can explain this??

I think I can answer this. since I'm a mod on another forum xD

 

1. need to be active and be a member for least a year

2. need to be able to handle tough situations xD

3. enforce the rules

4. report posts/spammers/flamers to staff

5. need to be a level headed person

6. need to be friendly

7. have experience as a mod [if applicable]

8. follow the rules at all times.

9. help out members whenever you can.
