Started exactly 3 days after I got mine cleaned out for the first time in -literally- years. Now that's irony.

 

It's been so long since I last saw the whole floor that it creeps me out every time in walk in. Just don't feel at home there any more.

 

But the nice part is that it's alot easier to walk over to my record player now, no more having to tiptoe through the 2 or 3 tiny spots I could put my feet without breaking something, so I've been listening to a lot of vinyl lately. :nice:

my room is really messy these days... 3 days left until summer vacations so I guess it won't be a messy place in a few days

ah, this is my thread.

 

I have no idea how i do it but everytime i clean it up it gets messy within the next 6 - 12 hours for sure.

i like to spend a lot of time here..well, during weekends i usually just stay here. Talking about a no-lifer haha.

And i just never feel like putting my clothes into the closet! I have a towel obsession, too. I usually have about 6 towels in my room haha. I just always go to the bathroom and forget to take one of the million towels with me so i have to take a new one! And that happens about 10 times till i finally remember to take the old ones back there.

I try and make my room tidier, but as soon as I do, it gets messy again.

 

I have ordered a couple shelves to put up on the only wall which I'm allowed to put shelves due to my room having 3 outside walls, which should help with some of the dvds which don't come in normal sized boxes.

mine gets messy 3 days after it's been cleaned. i can't help it ... i try to put things back to their former place but i cant... new things come and they need to find a place too and they find it on my table which is soon as messy as it was before.

I don't even have a table :(

i have it.... but i use it only to put things down, i do everything on my bed tho.

Same here, that is until my old bed broke last year and I replaced it with a bed that's very low to the ground.

ohhh same here... my room is small so I don't have many things there... and it's so messy that sometimes I don't want to spend my time there

i try to keep my room at uni clean, but no matter how hard i try my clothes and other crap end up on the floor, desk, and bed. i'm such a slob! but at least i try to keep my mess neat if that makes any sense haha

yep! but i do want to spend my time here... it's very comfy otherwise. just too small :(

My biggest messy room problems are:

A). Putting clean clothes away

B). Putting dirty clothes in the laundry

C). Keep CDs from covering every surface in my room

D). I always have a large pile of books/magazines around my bed since I read for a while everynight before I go to bed.

mine's pretty bad right now. My parents were away for the weekend and my grandparents were here so there was noone to get on me for not cleaning it.

My parents never even tell me to clean it up. They never come here anyway haha.

 

And yeah the space around my pc gets really messy during weekends.. plates,mugs,spoons, chocobar wrapping, empty bottles, make-up stuff. Gah.

 

I usually have all my school books,notebooks and stuff on the floor too because the only desk is for my screen,keyboard and speakers lala.

I have terrible OCD about my clothes....they are neat up to the point that my shirts are very neatly stacked in color and sleeve length order...it's mad crazy.

 

This doesn't apply to my desk though....Ir's covered with CDs, books, papers, pens, glasses of water, empty packs of gum, lotion and stuff....

No, not really... I loose too many things when they're organized in an organized way. The organized mess on the other hand...

:laugh3: It's funny because it's so true. Found a place for every one of my cds when I cleaned up (important to do every once in a while so I know if any get lost.) Very first thing to get scattered everywhere again?.... Music stuff.

i share a tiny room with my sister, who is pretty much a slob. not that i don't make my share of mess, but it's usually not garbage. and we share a tiny closet too, so that doesn't help the clothes situation. if i had my own room, it would be fucking heaven. :\

Right now I have an overflowing laundry hamper, CDs everywhere, socks strewn from one end of the floor to the other...If I had a camera, I'k post a pic, but for the sake of my pride, I'm kind of glad I don't!:lol:

Sometimes when I go to clean my room all I really do is clean my cds up haha
