who do you guys think is great?

 

i think our lady peace and sam roberts are so talented. i think they are some of the top acts we've got to offer that are actually getting noticed.

Whoever knows me knows that I LOVE OLP so much. I think they're absolutely fantastic. :)

OLP I've seen them live 4 times and they get better each time :D Clumsy is still an amazing album.

And Sloan, they are so good. I've seen them live and they are fab! Sam Roberts I love but his live act is a little iffy.

Yes, OUr Lady Peace is amazing live. I saw their live special on TV last night, and THEY WERE REALLY GOOD. The new guitarist Steve Mazur is good!

The Ladies are great. I like Call and Answer. That song's a classic, plus Steven Page's voice is so powerful!!

This is turning into a BNL lovin' thread. I like it! I met them while they were in Edmonton. They're so lovely! :D

 

I also love Call and Answer, and Thanks That Was Fun. They always make me shed a tear. Other favorites include Brian Wilson and What a Good Boy. I remember I was obsessed with Shoebox when I was in grade 7 or 8. Those were good times. :)

Yeah BNL are so funny. My favourite song is Brian Wilson, but the live version :)

I love some of The Hip and really dislike the other stuff. Their best album is Trouble at the Henhouse, it's a great album all the songs are amazing.

Oh yes and I'd like to add that I hate The Tea Party more than any other band in existence. I kid you not, everytime they come on the radio I have to change the station. I'd rather listen to shitty pop music or shitty rap music than them :shock:
